When will I receive my ticket?
Postal tickets will arrive no later than Thursday 11th May. If your tickets have not arrived by Thursday 11th May please call See Tickets on 0871 230 1108.
What is the latest I can buy a discounted ticket at the reduced price of £15?
Discounted tickets have been extended until Thursday 11th May at midnight. Tickets will be available for purchase both online and on the gate at the higher price of £20 as advertised. Please note there is a transaction charge applicable to all online transactions (nb: charged per transaction not per ticket sale).

All parking is free of charge at the Festival.
We do not charge for test rides and we do not guarantee a test ride when purchasing your ticket. We will not operate a pre-booking system for test rides for the 2017 event. Visitors are required to book test rides directly with the manufacturer on the day - arrive early as test rides are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Riders are required to bring their own leathers, gear and helmet.
A round of the UK Speedway Championships will take place on Saturday evening in the Maxxis Arena. Day tickets do not include access to watch Speedway. Tickets to watch the speedway can be purchased on the day for £16.00
Is there anywhere I can leave my helmet and leathers?
Yes, there will be a helmet park on site which is sponsored by our chosen charity, Cash for Kids. The first item will cost £2 and any additional items will be charged £1 per item. Proceeds go to Cash for Kids. The helmet park will be open form 9am and close at 5.30pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.
Due to the nature of the activity at this event (loud noise, fast bikes, bike racing) dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. It is the responsibility of the owner to clear up after their dog.
Can I bring children?
Children 15 years and under go free. Persons aged 16 or over will be charged as a standard adult.
What security is operating throughout the event?
We provide friendly security staff that will patrol throughout the site 24hrs a day. All personal belongings are the responsibility of each individual and the organisers do not take responsibility for any damages or loss throughout the event period
Can I bring my own beer and alcohol onto site?
There will be a wide range of alcohol products available throughout the show site during the event.
We do not encourage campers to consume and carry alcohol around the Festival site.
If you are a disabled visitor and require a carer to attend with you, it is possible that you can claim a complimentary Carer’s Ticket, whether visiting for the day or camping for the weekend.. At the event, we will request proof of entitlement in order to claim the “Carers Ticket”.
The following are the only acceptable forms of documentation accepted:
- Letter from consultant detailing condition why you are eligible or in need of a carer.
- Letter/notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment
- Copy/proof of DLA entitlement
- Letter from your doctor clearly stating why you are eligible and require a carer
- Blue parking badge, Freedom Pass or Access Card.
Use of The Carers Ticket does not guarantee zero waiting/queuing time, especially at peak times.

Visitors attending the festival will be able to safely lock away their valuables, helmets and leathers as well as charge their phones in our on-site iLockers. Please note there will be a charge to do so.
iLocker have developed state of the art articulated trailers which available for visitors to drop off mobile phones to charge or securely store bags, Keys and valuables for the day/weekend.
Each trailer is manned by qualified staff with items booked in using cutting edge palm readers meaning only the person who dropped off the item can reclaim it.
All trailers also have complimentary wifi for customers so you can post your favourite pictures and moments of the day.

Access for pitching tents is from 4pm - 9pm on Friday 12th May or 8.30am on Saturday 13th May.
Campers are required to leave the campsite by 7.30pm on Sunday 14th May.
