Club Application

To apply for your club’s place at the 2023 Festival please fill in this form. Once your booking form has been received, processed and approved we will be in touch to confirm your stand pitch details. Any issues please contact our team on [email protected]

Conditions for Entry

By signing this form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions here and the following:

We will monitor your display throughout the weekend
Your stand must be open for display for the full show opening hours (08:30 Saturday 13th -17:00 Sunday 14th May 2023)
A club flag or banner must be on display and visible for the duration of the show
Camping must be to the rear or in the centre and must not take up more than 60% of your allocated space
Specific stands are not guaranteed, the guarantee is the size of your stand. The organisers reserve the right to amend the position of your stand at any point. 
Your stand is free of charge and is for display only – no retailing is permitted without prior consent from the organiser
You are required to have Public Liability cover of no less than £2million

Please note: information about further bookable services, pitch details, and health & safety forms will be communicated with you at a later date once your application has been approved. Stand sizes are in blocks of 10m x16 m. Your pitch size will be allocated based on the number of bikes on display on your stand throughout the event.

The marketing team will be in contact with you to promote your attendance at the show.
